Hawaiian Haystacks:



In a Crock pot add:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cube butter or margarine
1 pkg. dry Italian salad dressing mix
1 can cream of mushroom, or cream of chicken, or cream of celery

Cook for 6 hours on low. Shred chicken in crock pot.
½ hour before serving add 8 oz pkg. of cream cheese and 1 can of cream of chicken soup. If you want it to go further to feed a crowd add 1 can chicken broth. Serve over rice with your favorite vegetables: tomatoes, green onions, black olives, green or red peppers, celery. Then top your plate off with slivered almonds, chow mien noodles, coconut and pineapple and shredded cheddar cheese. This is a family favorite!
