
Make crepes first before starting this recipe. You can find it under the bread section. Then start making filling and sauce:
1 stick butter
1 pt light cream or heavy cream
2 chicken breasts cooked and cubed
1 pkg. mushrooms
Splash of Sherry
1 can chicken broth
Swiss cheese
Cook 4 oz sliced mushrooms in ¼ cup butter
Lower heat; add ¼ c flour, mixing quickly with wooden spoon until flour is absorbed and bubbly. Add broth. Add 1 cup cream. Stirring constantly, return heat to medium and boil gently until thickened. Add a splash of sherry. Add the chicken and heat through. Reduce heat. Make white sauce:
Melt 1 tbsp butter
Add 1 tbsp flour
Cook over low until smooth and bubbly
Slowly stir in one cup light cream
Reheat until boiling, being careful not to scorch
Simmer on low to reduce slightly.
Fill crepes with mixture and roll and place in 10x13 pan. Pour remaining sauce over crepes. Top with grated Swiss cheese. Bake for 20 min in 350 degree oven until top is golden.
