Breaded Pork Chops:



4 pork chops
Mix together:
3 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
¼ c melted butter or margarine
¼ c water
¼ tsp poultry seasoning

Mix 1 can of cream of chicken soup with 1/3 c water; set aside. Brown chops in cooking oil & place in shallow dish. After lightly mixing above ingredients to make stuffing, place a mount on top of each pork chop. Pour soup mixture over chops. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until tender.
