
1 pkg. flour tortillas
2 cans cream of chicken soup
4 oz. can green chilies
1 lb cheddar cheese, grated & divided in half
3 chicken breasts or 2 cans of chicken
½ pt sour cream
1 bunch green onion, chopped
Cook & cube chicken. Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, green chilies. And then spread 3-4 tbsp of this mixture on bottom of 9x 13 pan. Add chicken & cheese to the soup mixture. Scoop approx ½ c. of the mixture into each tortilla, roll the tortilla and place in pan. When all tortillas are filled 7 inch pan. Cover with remaining mixture and sprinkle with remaining cheese top with green onions. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbling in middle of pan.
