Crepes:



3 eggs
¼ tsp salt
2 c. flour
2 ½ c milk
¼ c. oil

Beat eggs till thick. Stir in milk & oil. Add dry ingredients, mixing till smooth. Melt a little butter in 8” pan for each crepe. Pour ¼ c. batter in & immediately rotate until batter covers pan. Cook on each side till lightly browned. Wonderful filled with berries, cream, ice cream, or powdered sugar.
