Cream cheese Frosting:

2/3 c butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese
2 ¼ c sifted powdered sugar

Cream cheese should be room temp. Cream butter & cream cheese together. Then stir in vanilla. While mixing, slowly add powdered sugar until frosting is smooth. Great for cinnamon rolls & carrot cake.
