I was someone who liked to cook until I became a mother. That still hasn't changed. It has just changed what I cook more often than I'd like to.
7 Layer Bars
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. graham cracker-crumbs
1 (6 oz) package butterscotch chips
1 (6 oz) package chocolate chips
1 (7 oz) package shredded coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour melted butter in a 9" x 13" pan. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over butter and layer butterscotch and chocolate chips over crumbs. Sprinkle coconut and nuts over chips. Pour milk over this mixture and bake for 25 minutes. Cut into squares.
